A small business, a mini winery for the production of wines. A small family business, which prioritizes not the quantity, but the quality of the products. The basic work was carried out on certification and payment of the laboratory analyses of wines made by the given enterprise, and also prospects of introduction of the newest technologies of production of wines which haven’t wide application in our country have been studied. Wine made by the method of apassimento, BALKAN 2020 dessert, natural, sweet from Winetage SRL, has been appreciated by a Gold Medal at the International Wine Competition Berliner Wine Trophy (March 2023). Also the technology of production and certification of several types of wines has been worked out, which will still get their recognition from the consumer.
